Memories En Luxe LLC uses the information you provide to review your inquiry, prepare a quote and coordinate your event. The forms collect your contact details, event information and selected preferences. Please do not submit payment card information or sensitive personal information.

Forms and contact

Submitting a form allows us to contact you about that request. Marketing permission is separate and optional. A form submission does not reserve a date, sign a service agreement or authorize a payment.

Access and service providers

Responses are saved in the website’s hosted database for business follow up and are available to the business owner in a private dashboard. Hosting and other service providers may process information to operate the site. The site does not provide a public directory of client responses. We do not sell your submitted contact details.

FormSubmit handles email alerts to the business. The alerts include a request reference, event date and selected experience, with a link to the private dashboard. Your contact details, greeting and full questionnaire answers are kept out of those alerts. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions sent through its service for 30 days.

Photos and recordings

Participation in event photography and audio recording is optional. Guest notices and any promotional permissions are coordinated separately. Service files are delivered privately. The standard delivery includes 90 days of download access and a 180 day working backup, subject to the signed agreement.

Questions and requests

For a question about information you submitted, contact @memoriesenluxe on Instagram and include your request reference. We may ask you to verify your identity before discussing or changing event information. Business records may need to be retained for accounting, agreements or other legal obligations.
