The Signature Edit and Voice Edit include one phone. The Luxe Collection includes both phones at the same venue.

I’m Ariel, the founder of Memories En Luxe. My background in film and event operations shapes the way I approach every celebration: thoughtful details, a welcoming guest experience and memories you can return to.
Whether your guests are stepping in front of the camera or leaving you a message on the phone, I want the experience to feel personal to your event.

Send your date, venue and preferred experience. We review availability and send a complete quote.
We send your agreement and payment instructions separately. Once your agreement is signed and payment is verified, we confirm your date and plan the personal details.
We take care of the setup. After the celebration, download your photos and audio from your private delivery.
Start with a booking request. After reviewing availability, we send your quote, agreement and payment instructions separately. We confirm your date after the agreement is signed and the required payment is verified. The reservation payment is 30% of the quoted total, with the balance due 14 days before the event. Short notice bookings require full payment.
Payments are arranged directly with Memories En Luxe after your quote is approved. Your payment request includes the amount, due date and payment instructions. Please use your booking reference on payments and correspondence. This website collects inquiries and planning details; it does not collect payments.
Our current experiences include digital photos. On site printing is not included.
We initially plan a clear 10 by 10 foot working area. We confirm the actual footprint, safe power and loading access with your venue before the event.
Photo galleries are delivered within three business days and audio within seven business days. Download access is available for 90 days.
Booth experiences include local delivery within 25 road miles one way of Fayetteville. The standalone Voice Edit includes delivery and collection within 15 road miles one way. Additional travel, parking and tolls are quoted in advance.
Outdoor service requires an advance review of the location, power, cover and weather plan. Mobile photo delivery depends on connectivity.
